Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Jalore Hair Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping

Jalore Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Jalore Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout when available.

Product Use & Alterations

Once hair has been installed, colored, cut, washed, worn, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for review or dispute.

Jalore Hair Co. is not responsible for results due to improper installation, coloring, or maintenance.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be fully disputed with evidence, including order confirmation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and IP data.

Customers who file fraudulent disputes will be banned from future purchases.
